My experience with this company was excellent. I was sort of abandoned my the company I purchased my hearing aids from and was trying to find someone I could get help from. TKT was recommended and I called and spoke with Vicki. She made me an appointment for the next day. I knew from the phone conversation things were going to go well. Today I went and Vicki readjusted my hearing aids, cleans them, replaced the pieces that fit in the ears, and paired them with my phone. They work do much better now and I felt very welcomed there.

If you are having trouble understanding what people are saying in a normal conversation, I recommend you schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Hearing aids are expensive. So, when you need them you want a straightforward, personal care person to meet your needs. I have found this to be the case at TKT Hearing. John and Vickey have the skill to ramp up my hearing. At each visit they adjust the sound explaining that your ears have to adapt to the increased sensitivity to various sound wavelengths; you just can't turn the volume up full blast the first time you use the the aids. It's still not perfect, but I never anticipated it to be that way, and I can enjoy conversation, TV, and music again.
